Our mentorship program connects passionate professionals with students seeking guidance, support, and encouragement to navigate their path to college and career success. By dedicating just a few hours a month, you can help shape a student’s future and inspire them to reach their full potential.

What You’ll Do

As a mentor, you’ll play a critical role in a student’s personal and professional growth. And don’t worry! We provide everything from guidance to a structured curriculum so are prepared to help your student succeed! Your impact will include:

Using Foundation For CHOICE’s copyrighted curriculum to provide guidance on college applications, scholarships, and career paths.
Offering support in developing essential life and soft skills.
Encouraging students to set and achieve academic and personal goals.
Sharing real-world insights and experiences to inspire confidence and ambition.

Who Can Become a Mentor?

We welcome mentors from all backgrounds and industries who are passionate about making a difference. Ideal mentors are:

Professionals or college graduates with a desire to give back.
Excellent listeners and communicators.
Committed to meeting with their mentee on a consistent basis.
Encouraging, supportive, and eager to empower the next generation.
Able to pass a background check.

Time Commitment

Our mentorship program is designed to be flexible and impactful. Mentors commit to:

Meeting with their mentee at least once a week (mostly in-person, virtual occasionally).
Engaging in meaningful conversations and activities to support student growth.
Serving as a positive role model and source of encouragement.
Utilizing CHOICE Mentoring curriculum to ensure student success. We have a proven track record with our tools!
